The Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations and support full-cycle accounting processes across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys maintaining accurate financial records.
Compensation: $50,000 annually.
Benefits: Health, dental, health and life insurance, with eligibility beginning at 3 months of continuous full time employment.
Reports to: Accounting Manager.
Career Path: Financial Analyst.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform full-cycle bookkeeping.
- Record and reconcile daily transactions, including bank accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for financial activities.
- Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls .
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
