The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations and support full-cycle accounting processes across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys maintaining accurate financial records.

Compensation: $50,000 annually.
Benefits: Health, dental, health and life insurance, with eligibility beginning at 3 months of continuous full time employment.
Reports to: Accounting Manager.
Career Path: Financial Analyst.

What You'll Do:

Maintain accurate financial records and perform full-cycle bookkeeping.
Record and reconcile daily transactions, including bank accounts.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and maintain supporting documentation for financial activities.
Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls .

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
